We teach yoga from beginners through to more senior levels with specialised classes for pregnant women, children, and people with health problems.
We also run workshops and events with local and visiting teachers and teach yoga holidays and intensives in such places as Greece, Portugal and Goa.
Iyengar yoga is suitable for people from all walks of life and with different levels of ability. If you are new to yoga you should start with a foundation course or a beginners class. We will happily advise which class suits you best.
