We are incredibly lucky to have Lou supporting us at Yogawest.
She introduces herself as our cleaner, we call her our Facilities Director, but really she is so much more: knowledgeable about the building, the students and will turn her hand to anything! You will probably meet her on reception or in class, and we are indebted to her for keeping the building so clean and tidy – thanks Lou!
