Two workshops focussing on the Introductory Syllabus
During these two workshops Edgar and Lydia will look at precise alignment of the body and the most important actions of the classical asanas seen in Light On Yoga.
They will show key adjustments including when and how to use supports correctly to improve stability and extension.
The day is suitable for teachers, trainees and anyone who would like to sharpen the focus of their practice.
Those of you who come to Edgar and Lydia’s classes, workshops and holidays know that they are precise and knowledgeable teachers, well-versed in the demands of the Iyengar syllabus and superbly-qualified to share their understandings.
Who is it for?
Trainees, teachers, and anyone with more than a year of regular Iyengar practice will particularly benefit from these two afternoons.

About Edgar and Lydia
Lydia and Edgar have both been learning Iyengar Yoga since 1991 and are Intermediate Senior Level 3 Teachers. Both have been frequent visitors to the Iyengar’s Institute in Pune. They are Assessors for the IY UK and are currently assisting Sheila Haswell on her teacher training programme at Yogawest.
