The gentle course is a series of slower paced classes aimed at those who feel they are not ready for beginner or general classes, especially those who are stiffer, older or unfit.

Taught by Jess Wallwork, who has many years experience of teaching all abilities, and has a calm and gentle nature herself.

There are two gentle courses: Monday afternoons at 2pm and Tuesday mornings at 11.15am.
