Beginners Courses at Yogawest

Although there are plenty of drop-in beginner classes on the Yogawest timetable, some people prefer to come to the same class every week following a course structure in which they can be guided through a series of classes over several weeks.

Beginner course are suitable for complete beginners, returners or those graduating from a foundation course.

Monday 11.15–12.30
