Many people say to us “I’d like to try yoga but I’m too e.g. old/large/stiff/unfit etc…” Our reply is that yoga is for all, and after a few classes, or a foundation course, you should feel that you know enough to go to any beginner or general class. In fact, those who are stiff benefit tremendously from a regular yoga class, and always report that they feel better at the end of the class compared to when they arrived.
However, in response to those that feel uncomfortable going to a regular class, and would like a slightly gentler class to start with, we have designed this course especially for you!
Gentle Course Description
Taught by Jess Wallwork, who has many years experience of teaching all abilities, and has a calm and gentle nature herself.
There are two gentle courses: Monday afternoons at 2pm and Tuesday mornings at 11.15am.
The courses are limited in size and booking is essential to secure your space.
