Classes consist of classic yoga poses and sequences, both challenging and restorative, to increase flexibility, de-stress and help with focus and concentration. Because young adults are often tired, there is plenty of restorative and resting yoga during the course.
Taught by Diana Penny, an experienced Iyengar yoga teacher who has taught children, teenagers and adults for many years.
This runs as a termtime course; you can come and try the first class for £8, before signing up*.
* If you are 16+, you can also come to any foundation, beginner or general class on the timetable.
NB: No drop-in option – this runs as a course only, except for first trial class.
