A workshop focussing on the Introductory Syllabus
During this workshop Lydia will look at precise alignment of the body and the most important actions of the classical asanas seen in Light On Yoga.
Key adjustments will be shown including when and how to use supports correctly to improve stability and extension.
The day is suitable for teachers, trainees and anyone who would like to sharpen the focus of their practice.
Those of you who come to Lydia’s classes, workshops and holidays know that she is a precise and knowledgeable teacher, well-versed in the demands of the Iyengar syllabus and superbly-qualified to share her understandings.
Who is it for?
Trainees, teachers, and anyone with more than a year of regular Iyengar practice will particularly benefit from this afternoon.
Sunday 10 March, 12–3pm
Lydia has been learning Iyengar Yoga since 1991 and is an Intermediate Senior Level 3 Teacher; she has been a frequent visitor to the Iyengar’s Institute in Pune and teaches Wednesday evening classes at Yogawest.
