2019 holiday mostly sold out (4 non-residential places available, staying nearby)
2020 week launching soon, DATES 9–16 February
Come join Indira and Diana in India!
Diana and Indira have taught holidays together for many years and by popular request are going further afield in 2019.
We are delighted to announce we have secured a week at Ashiyana, a beautiful yoga resort in Goa, India and are very much looking forward to our first trip here.
Ashiyana is a gorgeous resort, and is well suited for singles, couples and groups of friends as the rooms offer different layouts.
Non-yoga partners are encouraged: there is plenty to explore in Goa with beautiful beaches, historic colonial Portuguese buildings, amazing food markets and early morning/late afternoon walks. See below for non-yoga partner discount.
Dates 24th February–3rd March 2019
Ashiyana is a fully equipped yoga retreat (it has ropes!), and most teachers re-book the same week year after year: we are extremely lucky to have secured this booking (it’s not who you know, it’s who Indira knows!).
Fully catered prices start at £795 (sharing an eco lodge
** on-site accommodation is now sold out (with a waiting list), however we do have a couple of spaces available on the retreat for those who are happy to stay next door: see non-residential option below.
You will need to book your own flights to India, transfers to/from the resort, plus arrange visas, travel insurance etc as extras. We expect many of you will want to take advantage of being in India and arrive early or stay afterwards to explore (see ‘Tips and Recommendations‘ below).
Please ask us if you have any questions about this holiday.

Tips and Recommendations
Book your flight early: we recommend shopping around to find the best deal, which may be direct to Goa (Thomas Cook fly direct from Gatwick and Manchester), or might be via Mumbai which will give you more flexibility.
Extend your stay before or after and explore India.
Bring a your partner: Diana and Indira’s partners Mike and José are coming along so there will be plenty of fellow non-yogis for adventures during the day, paddle-boarding, temple visiting and general exploring of the area.
You will need to get an Indian visa before travel, which you can now buy online. Be sure you are on the official site as other 3rd party sites exist and will charge you more. NB You will need at least 180 days validity on your passport.
