Uday Bhosale is teaching his final weekend of a series of workshops at Yogawest over the weekend of March 31st and April 1st. All levels and abilities welcome!

Uday’s weekends have been very popular and if you haven’t yet been, this is your last chance for a while to find out what everyone has been talking about!
Sat Mar 31st and Sun 1st
The last opportunity to experience being taught by Uday Bhosale who usually teaches at the institute in Pune and is in the UK for a few months. Uday is teaching 3 weekend workshops at Yogawest this weekend and judging by his recent workshops here and around the UK, it will be another fantastic weekend. All levels are welcome, and Uday is particularly keen that beginners come too, although we recommend you have done Iyengar yoga regularly for at least 6 months.
If you are only doing one workshop, Uday suggests it’s the first one as each will build on the last, however if this is not possible, he’s happy for you to attend when you can.

Teacher’s Day Friday Mar 30th
Uday will teach the Friday morning Intermediate 2 class on Mar 30th, followed by a 2-hour teacher’s workshop in the afternoon from 2–4pm.
Cost
Morning class: as per the timetable (£15 drop-in, or £12 on a Yogacard).
Workshop: £15 in advance, or £20 drop-in if spaces are available (cash, cheque or card payment only).
