6-week baby massage course

with Jocasta Crofts

yogawest_babymassage_51Baby massage is a lovely way to bond with your baby. It is a time of intimacy, loving touch and relaxation by which you can grow the range of ways of being and communicating together. Babies and children learn first through touch. This is why massage is so connecting. Through massage they learn to recognise, share and enjoy healthy loving touch.

yogawest_babymassage_hjBaby massage can help to relieve upset tummies and helps babies to sleep. Babies who receive regular massages are often happier, healthier, grow faster and can be more socially well adjusted.

As a parent /caregiver you will learn a whole body routine to offer your baby, from this you can also pick and mix strokes to make up your own routine as your baby likes it. This is a mixture of Indian massage, Swedish massage, baby yoga and Reflexology. All babies are welcome, premature to age 1.  A massage booklet is included in the price.

Bring a pillow for your baby on the day.
