Another opportunity to experience being taught by Uday Bhosale who
usually teaches at the institute in Pune and is in the UK for a few months. Uday is teaching 3 workshops at Yogawest on the 17th and 18th: the perfect preparation for Christmas! All levels are welcome, although we recommend you have done Iyengar yoga regularly for at least 6 months. Your teacher can tell you if you are ready.
