For our very first workshop of the new Yoga year, we are thrilled that Sheila Haswell is coming to Yogawest on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th September.
Sheila Haswell is an extremely popular and highly experienced Senior teacher from High Wycombe, where she runs the Sarva centre. She has a wonderful teaching style: always insightful and warm, with a lovely sense of humour.
Sheila will teach experienced students on Friday 28th, and a General Yoga Day for all levels on Saturday 29th.
