Edgar Stringer is teaching 2 day Intensive over the Easter weekend – Good Friday and Easter Saturday 18 & 19 April. Edgar has been teaching for over fifteen years and holds the level 2 Intermediate Senior qualification. He teaches regular Friday classes for us at Yogawest.

The Easter Intensive is a great time to look deeper into Yoga and discover ways to structure your practice to go further. You can come to both days or just one.

Over the decades Guruji has shown us how to integrate Yoga philosophy into our practice and our lives. Yoga is the integration of the mind, body and breath in every asana and pranayama. We will study the pivotal actions of the asanas and how we use props to understand where we can improve our practice.
