Edgar Stringer is a Senior level teacher and has been teaching here at Yogawest for many years. He spent last October in Pune learning from the Iyengars.
Edgar will be teaching a yoga day on the 8th Feb 2015. The day will focus on some of the pivotal asanas which will bring stability and open the body.
The day is suitable for those with 6 months or more practice.
