Termtime Mondays and Sunday mornings
Suitable for new or long term beginner level students, including those who have recently completed a foundation course or a foundation plus course and those who are returning to yoga after a break, this beginners class focuses on the introductory syllabus poses.
Complete beginners are welcome to come to this (and any other beginner class on the timetable), but some people prefer to start with the 5-week foundation course.

You can drop into these classes for £12 or use a stamp on your Yogacard, dates are listed below and on the termtime class page
You can also book the Monday morning class as a course at a reduced rate (see below).
