Foundation Course

A 6-week course for complete beginners or people wanting to revisit the basics. The courses are designed to introduce you to the fundamental poses and principles of yoga practice. Courses start regularly throughout the year and must be pre-booked. Classes are one hour. If you want to start classes before the next course begins, you can come to beginners classes in the meantime.

Living Social Voucher holders: you can come to any of the courses listed below. We recommend you reserve your place first by email. Then download the booking form below for the course you’d like to book on, and return it to us (by email, post or drop it through our letterbox), with a copy of your voucher or the voucher number and we will confirm your place. Extra courses will be added when the courses below are full!

Due to the success of the Living Social deal, we have added a further way of using your voucher.

1. Wednesday 7.30am

If you prefer, you can book to come to 6 consecutive early Wednesday morning classes with your Living Social voucher. This is not a foundation course, but beginners are welcome: you will pick things up as you go. Your start date can be any Wednesday before end June. Email us to book your place.

If you can’t make any of the above, then Email us to arrange an alternative.
