How to Redeem Your
Yogawest Giftcard

1. See class options and timetable here
2. Set up a Yogawest account here
3. Once you’ve set up your account, email Helen with your voucher, letting her know If you have a specific class or course you’d like to attend
4. Helen will credit your account with your gift and let you know how to book your class.

 

Please be aware that all bookings must be made by the expiry date on your giftcard.

Giving a giftcard for yoga classes at Yogawest is always well received by the recipient, whether they are already coming to classes here or are thinking of starting a yoga practice.

Give the Gift of Yoga!

We offer a number of options for giftcards: you can give a cash amount to be used for classes or equipment at Yogawest, or buy a specific package for classes or courses.

 

Christmas Giftcard Offers

We have launched a number of special offers for giving gifts this December.

Foundation Course
A 4-week course for complete newcomers.
Runs monthly.
Giftcard offer £44 (£5 off)

3-Class Package
Gives 3 classes (up to 90-mins).
Giftcard offer £40 (£5 off)

Cash Gift
You can give a cash amount of your choice to be used towards classes or equipment at Yogawest: just let us know how much you’d like to gift.

Validity and T&Cs
Yogawest giftcards are valid for 12 months (those bought during December 2021 are valid until 31 December 2022). Classes must be taken within the validity of the giftcard, and courses must be started before the expiry date.
In the event of future lockdowns, the expiry date will be extended accordingly.
Yogawest giftcards are non-refundable, however we may be able to transfer to another recipient within the stated validity on application.

How to Purchase

Email Helen to arrange, letting her know:

  • the giftcard you want to purchase (foundation course, 3-class pack or simply a cash amount)
  • the name of the recipient
  • a number to contact you on to arrange payment, and a good time to call

The giftcard will be emailed to you to print out or forward on to the recipient, with instructions for them on how to use it.
(We can send the giftcard directly to the recipient, but if it is for a birthday or Christmas you might prefer to do this yourself!)

Giftcards for Christmas

We are offering 10% off Foundation Courses or a Yogacard-6 (6 yoga classes) when buying them as a gift this December.

Yogacard-6s are usually £60, so with 10% off will be £54.

Foundation courses are usually £49, and with the discount will be £44.

Giftcards must be purchased before 31 December to claim the 10% discount.

Katcha was quick off the mark when we replaced our Studio 1 mats recently and had a great idea as to how to re-use them… and now they are here!

SONY DSCWe all know how good yoga is for the heart, and to celebrate the month of love, we invite you to give a free yoga class to someone you love who hasn’t yet been to Yogawest: perhaps a family member, neighbour or friend. Your nominated friend can choose to come to a class (between Feb 14th and Mar 14th), or have a £15 discount off a 5-week foundation course (to be booked before Mar 31st and started before end April).

How to Get A Free Class Voucher

Email Yogawest and give us the name and email address of the person you’d like to give a Valentine Yoga Gift to. We will email them a voucher which can be redeemed at reception (no booking required for drop-in classes).

Or if you prefer the tangible, we can make you a gift voucher – ask us to leave one for you at reception to collect.

How to Redeem Your Voucher

heart-mandala4webThe free class is valid between February 14th and March 14th and is for any beginner or general class on the timetable: email us to book your place (quote your voucher number LOVE+Vxx or LOVE+EVxx ), or just turn up 10 minutes early with your voucher to register. Please bring your voucher with you when you come.

Alternatively you can use your voucher as a £15 discount off any foundation course starting before end April 2015 (must be booked before March 31st). 

Which Class is Good to Come To?

All our classes are listed here and you can drop in to most of them without booking (except foundation courses). We would recommend attending a beginner class for the first visit, (one of the quieter classes is on Wednesday at 9.15am). If you are quite fit you could also come to a general class (one of the quieter ones is Friday 12.30pm). Either way, do let the teacher know you are new. From perfume lab to shop

You may have seen that we have been creating a perfume lab at Yogawest. We are pleased to announce that the first products in our range are now on sale! You can buy our ‘Relax’ and ‘Energise’ oil burner fragrances, which we use in our studios, for £7.50 each and our ‘Refresh’ room spray for £8. These mixes all contain specially blended essential oils to help you to relax or invigorate yourselves and to refresh your surroundings.

We also have a range of five pure essential oils on sale. You can choose between lavender, rosemary, bergamot, juniperberry and geranium.

Finally we have a range candles that are the perfect size for popping in Christmas stockings. The scents we have chosen are Geranium and Tea Tree, Rosemary and Thyme and if you want to get into the festive spirit Orange and Cinnamon. Come and have a smell!
