In May 2015 we were treated to a return visit by Bobby Clennell who taught four days for us this time on various topics with an overall theme of burnout and stress.
Thursday was exploring a yoga practice throughout women’s lives, especially menopause and post-menopause.
Friday was for experienced students / teachers, developing sensitivity in asanas, working towards hanomanasana in the afternoon.
The weekend was focusing on burn out/anxiety/high blood pressure: yoga strategies to deal with the cause and effect of physical over work and chronic anxiety.
We have asked Bobby to return to Yogawest in 2017 and hope she will!
