In June 2013 we had the pleasure of hosting José María Vigar, the founder and director of Sadhana de Yoga Iyengar®, a Yoga School located in Málaga, Spain for a two day workshop.
The workshop theme was ‘Yoga: The discipline of the action’.
It was a great opportunity for us all to work with a senior teacher from Spain.
