BKS Iyengar Birthday Celebration Weekend
Well, how can we describe this event?
Marios was a joy to have in Bristol: his teaching went down very well with those who hadn’t been to him before, and what was incredible was how far his fans had travelled to be in Bristol… we had international visitors from Holland and Northern Norway (a 5 day journey!), and many had travelled from within Britain too.
And it was all worth it: from beginning to end it was a magnificent celebration of Guruji’s birthday.
